Contact the customer and check the information: exact date of moving, the address of departure and arrival, number of floors, size of the elevator (apartment), attic and garage, access to the basement (house) and also the distance of portage, the existence of heavy or valuable objects and also the number of people who reside in the house to estimate the number of boxes to provide

Ask the customer for the additional services that he intends to add: supply of boxes, disassembly and reassembly service, packing service, car towing, etc...

Verification with the customer if his move requires a furniture lift or not (apartment)

Check the nature of the relocation

  • Organize : long distance and small value.
  • Special: long distance and high value

Verification of parking authorization of departure and arrival address

Propose to the customer the method of estimating the volume of his goods to be moved whether it is by list to be filled, a technical visit, a videoconference or enumerated his goods one by one on the phone.

Establish an estimate that will vary according to the volume of goods to be moved, the distance, the services required

Signature of the estimate by the client (declaration of value, general conditions of sale, bank details and insurance certificate)

Confirmation of the receipt of the accounting document object of transfer of the deposit of 30% (deposit on estimate)

Establish a consignment note with the appropriate date.

Pass the business to the operating department
